Havan M. Clark is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs in qui tam and other whistleblower actions, and individuals and businesses in an array of complex business litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clark worked as a federal judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before pursuing a career as an attorney, Ms. Clark worked in the fields of domestic refugee resettlement and immigration law.
Ms. Clark received her law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Law Review. While a law student, Ms. Clark interned with the Southern Poverty Law Center and the American Immigration Council.
